1. Returns
At Phailaav, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items on sale or special promotions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
